We're looking for a Entry-level Jr. Sales Executive to join our Sales team. About the Role: As a Jr. Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving our technical initiatives forward. You'll work with a collaborative team of engineers, designers, and product managers to build innovative solutions that impact millions of users. What You'll Do: - Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features - Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices - Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team - Help shape our technical roadmap and architecture decisions What We're Looking For: - Arcera is a Toronto-based sales organization specializing in face-to-face customer acquisition for well-known national brands. Founded in 2021 and based in North York, we run both B2B and B2C campaigns across the Greater Toronto Area. We currently partner with TELUS, representing their residential services through direct, relationship-based outreach. We are seeking motivated, performance-driven individuals who want to develop professional sales skills in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
